From the still-chilly Japan at the beginning of the year, we welcomed wedding professionals—chefs, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and planners—each excelling in their field, to our resort. To allow them to fully experience and enjoy island weddings, we hosted a special day that reflected on 2024 and previewed concepts and setups for 2025. The ceremony took place on an acrylic stage floating in a massive pool. As the sun began to set, the sea breeze gently swayed the drapes. The venue was adorned with flowers that captured the vivid hues and brilliance of the island. Nestled in a bed of greenery lovingly cared for daily by our gardeners and florists, island-grown hydrangeas, gerberas, and roses stood gracefully. Cocktails were served in the clifftop garden, with the cocktail wall and bar setup echoing the island’s pre-sunset palette. Time flowed gently in this serene space. Dinner was held on the upper floor of the dining pavilion, “Heaven.” Through the glass doors, guests admired the changing colors of the sky and sea. Delicate flowers spread across the tables like watercolor dots, with a miniature meadow in the center that mirrored the island’s rich nature. The essence of Balinese cuisine was presented with a twist—dishes infused with aromatic spices and exotic fruits, delighting the senses with their fragrance, appearance, and taste. The night slowly deepened in an atmosphere of stimulation and joy.
